MEDITATION

Meditation is an inward journey which allows you to become aware of your inner guidance, thoughts and feelings. During meditation we allow our body to relax while the mind is calm yet alert. Meditation is about siting quietly, being in the present and focusing on the breath while going within.

Meditation helps us to see our true selves, our true nature and our connection to the divine/universe.

Meditation has many health benefits which include:

* Helps to improve the immune system
* Release muscular tension and pain
* Lowers blood pressure
* Improves blood circulation and body function
* Balances the brain activity and clears the mind
* Makes you feel good!!!

Classes are 1 hour duration. Call to enquire about times as places are limited due to our small classes. Meditation classes are held at our Seven Hills facility.

We are currently taking bookings for a Monday or Tuesday night class starting in February 2011.
